FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Please note that bookings are on a first come first serve basis. Once you have
decided to book, I will send you a booking form and deposit details to secure the date of your wedding. I unfortunately don’t accept tentative bookings.

Certainly, I work with highly qualified makeup artists and hairdressers to assure the quality of our service on your wedding day. My main focus on the wedding day is the Bride’s hair and makeup.
There is a non-refundable deposit fee of $50 that is required per person. Should there be a person who wishes to cancel in the group that has already paid the deposit, please note that this will not be counted at the final balance.

Should you need to postpone and rebook our services to another date due to COVID, please know that all deposits are transferable to another date. Rebooking of postponed appointments will have a 1-year validity from the date of the original wedding/event date. If by any chance, the team is unavailable for the new date you have requested, a credit note that is valid for one year will be sent to you to use for another occasion.

I regret to inform you that I do not take wedding bookings without a trial. It is imperative to book in the trial appointment so that I can discuss your wedding in full detail (i.e., your wedding gown, colour theme, the colour of your flowers, the style and the look that you are after). I unfortunately do not have time to discuss the style and the look that you are after on your wedding day. The bridal party doesn’t need to book a trial appointment, this is only applicable to the Bride.

Certainly, you can book a trial on a weekend however, a deposit of 100 is required to secure the time and date. In any cancellation or if you wish to postpone the trial once it has already been booked, the deposit will be forfeited.

I recommend two to three months before your wedding date. This is so that you have a better idea of the style and the look that you are after. You will also have all the information that I need to discuss during the trial appointment.

I regret to inform you that I don’t do further discounts as this will not be fair for my other clients.
