Can I tentatively book for my wedding date?
Please note that bookings are on a first come first serve basis. Once you have
decided to book, I will send you a booking form and deposit details to secure the date of your wedding. I unfortunately don’t accept tentative bookings.
Do you have a team with you to do the hair and makeup for a large bridal party?
How much is the deposit for securing your services for my wedding day?
RE: COVID-19
Should you need to postpone and rebook our services to another date due to COVID, please know that all deposits are transferable to another date. Rebooking of postponed appointments will have a 1-year validity from the date of the original wedding/event date. If by any chance, the team is unavailable for the new date you have requested, a credit note that is valid for one year will be sent to you to use for another occasion.
Would I be able to book you in for my wedding without a trial?
I would like to book in for a weekend trial, would that be possible?
Certainly, you can book a trial on a weekend however, a deposit of 100 is required to secure the time and date. In any cancellation or if you wish to postpone the trial once it has already been booked, the deposit will be forfeited.
How far in advance should I book my trial before my wedding?
Do you give special discounts for your services?
I regret to inform you that I don’t do further discounts as this will not be fair for my other clients.

- The client has tested positive for COVID-19.
- The client is exhibiting symptoms consistent with COVID-19 (fever, coughing, sore throat, fatigue, shortness of breath).
- Provide a replacement stylist to complete the service.
- Reschedule their booking to a date and time where the impact of COVID-19 to health, safety and wellbeing is negligible suitable to both service provider and client.
- Use the cost of their booking to pay a replacement artist.
- Re-schedule their booking to a date and time where the impact of COVID-19 to health, safety and wellbeing is negligible.
- Use the cost of their booking as credit valid for one year from date originally booked.
